Sanner Group swoops for Springboard Pro

Sanner Group, the global healthcare packaging manufacturer has acquired Cambridge-based Springboard Pro, a specialist in the design and development of medical devices for regulated markets, for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition is part of a growth strategy to build a suite of services for German head-quartered Sanner’s customers across the pharmaceutical delivery, diagnostic and medtech device sectors – it is also a medical device contract developer (CDMO),

Sanner Group said it is building a ‘next generation’ device-CDMO that combines agility and smart thinking with a long tradition in the active primary healthcare packaging sector, including what it aims for is the world’s largest portfolio of effervescent products.
